Looking for a good heating and cooling guy in Kansas City Mo?

In the real estate biz we are always looking for good professionals to work with. A great way to find them is though referrals. I know I've goon though my fare share of contractors and I can never find enough help, or at least enough people I can trust. I thought I would let you know about a good heating and cooling guy that I've used on several projects now and so far I've been happy with the results I'm getting. Jeremy's Heating and Cooling services have always shown up on time and they do what they say they are going to do. What I like about them the most is there prices. Very reasonable and conceptive. On the first job they did for us  which was a rental property, everything went fine with the insolation and service. The nest day I did get a call from my tenant saying there was problem with the a/c blowing cold air. Well I thought it would be like pulling hens teeth to get them back out there because I has already paid. I only had to make one phone call and Jeremy was out there in the next couple of hour and got it fixed at no extra charge. This kind of quality of service was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
